SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
Please read this Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using the Rankupify software. By accessing or using Rankupify, you (“the User” or “the Client”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from purchasing or using the software.
OWNERSHIP AND OPERATION

SERVICES PROVIDED
Rankupify offers a range of digital services as described on its website, including but not limited to:
- Securing “backlinks” from websites, blogs, and directories to enhance link popularity.
- Creating content and visual documents.
- Compiling placement and submission reports.
- Engaging in website traffic arbitrage.
- Conducting A/B testing to improve SEO rankings.
All fees for services must be paid in full before the commencement of any campaign.
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
By utilizing Rankupify’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
- Modifications to completed orders, including changes to anchor texts or target links, may incur additional fees and are subject to the discretion of the Rankupify Support team.
- Rankupify has no control over the policies of search engines regarding the type of sites and/or content they accept now or in the future. The Client’s website may be excluded from any blog, website, directory, or search engine at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.
- Rankupify cannot control if website or blog owners remove links and content, or delete, move, or change their websites.
- Rankupify provides a limited warranty for each order placed on the website. The warranty period may vary for each service. If not explicitly stated, the warranty is for one year from the date of service delivery. Rankupify guarantees free correction during the warranty period. If correction is impossible, a free substitution for the incorrectly delivered service will be provided.
- Under no circumstances shall Rankupify be liable to the Client for any damages, including (without limitation) any direct, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any claims of third-party websites. The Client assumes all risks and potential damages (known or unknown) associated with using Rankupify’s services.
- Rankupify reserves the right to amend anchor texts and other order details to ensure successful placements or completion of services.
- As an outsourced provider of specific SEO services, Rankupify does not guarantee search engine positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term. Nor does Rankupify guarantee any increase in website traffic for services not directly related to website traffic.
- Any form of link building inherently involves risks of search engine penalties and other potential damage to SEO efforts. Rankupify is not liable for any impacts of link building or other SEO activities on the Client’s website rankings.
- Rankupify is not responsible for changes made to the Client’s website by other parties that adversely affect search engine rankings.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
All services are delivered electronically through Rankupify’s member area, located at app.rankupify.com.
Rankupify will notify Clients via email of any changes related to the delivery status of purchased services.
The maximum delivery time varies by service:
- Link-building: Up to 30 days.
- Website Traffic: Up to 7 days.
- A/B Tests: Up to 7 days.
If Rankupify exceeds the maximum delivery time, the Client is entitled to a refund, provided the refund request was made before service delivery.
NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)
Rankupify does not sign individual NDAs for every agency or client. However, as part of our terms of service, we treat all clients with full non-disclosure respect.
Rankupify undertakes not to use confidential information disclosed by the Client for any purpose other than the agreed purpose without first obtaining written consent. We guarantee not to disclose any confidential information to third parties except to employees and professional advisors who need to know for the purpose.
RESTRICTIONS
Rankupify reserves the right to cancel orders for websites associated with illegal or offensive industries. Any orders related to illegal content, products, services, or defamatory, hateful, objectionable, or otherwise offensive material will be canceled and refunded.
EMAIL COMMUNICATION
By using Rankupify, the Client agrees to receive emails, which may include order notifications, system updates, new services, offers, or educational materials.
DISPUTES
All parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction to:
- Determine any disputes arising under this Agreement.
- Grant interim remedies.
- Provide any other provisional or protective relief.
