Refund Policy
All unused credits with Rankupify are eligible for a full 100% refund.
If a purchased service has been partially delivered, the client is entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the payment.
If the service has been fully provided and the client submits a refund request, Rankupify will make every effort to stop and reverse the project execution to enable a partial or full refund. However, in such cases, Rankupify reserves the right to decline the refund request if stopping the service is not possible.
Refunds are issued by reversing the client’s original payment method. Please note, it may take 5-10 business days for the client’s bank to reflect the refund in the card statement.

Subscription Cancellation Policy
Any subscription with Rankupify can be canceled at any time through the member area or by contacting customer service.
Canceling a subscription does not affect any services that have already been paid for and are in progress.
